點選網頁右上方「建立帳號」按鈕,輸入姓名、有效電子郵件地址、生日及性別,並設定密碼。填寫完成並閱讀使用者服務條款後,點選「送出」即完成帳號申請。
如何觀賞影片、影片合輯或短片集?
找到欲租借的影片、影片合輯或短片集後,可將滑鼠移至電影海報上並點擊「租借」按鈕,或是直接點進內頁閱讀影片資訊,再點擊該頁的「租借」按鈕。接著輸入信用卡資訊並點擊「租借」。如果您有優惠序號,請先輸入序號以獲得相關優惠。
請注意:
1. 每部片皆有觀看次數限制,售完為止。
2. 結帳完成後恕不接受退換貨,亦無配合七天鑑賞期內可退貨條款,請於結帳前慎重考慮再進行付款。
影片結帳後,有觀影期限嗎?
每部節目結帳完成後,按下播放鍵後將開始倒數,48小時內需觀影完畢,期間可無限次觀看。如觀影時間過期或因自身原因錯過播放時間導致無法觀看,恕不接受展延或退票。部分影片亦有特殊觀影期間,敬請留意說明。
不小心買錯了,可以退款嗎?
本線上影展係與國外影音平台Shift 72合作,退換票涉及與國外金流平台間計算,故無法適用退換票規定,付款前請審慎考慮並確認已選擇正確的節目。
請注意:
進行結帳時若您的網路不穩定,有可能會出現錯誤頁面,請先確認該筆交易是否成功,切勿重複刷卡。
若成功完成結帳,您將會:
1. 在會員專區之「已付費影片」找到該節目。
2. 於註冊電子郵件信箱中收到系統發送的交易明細。
建議您也可以聯絡您的信用卡發卡單位確認交易詳情。
觀影系統要求為何?
觀看串流影片需使用穩定的寬頻或光纖網路連線。您可以自行選擇觀影設備,如:Windows 7+的PC、Mac OSX 10.12+的Mac、Android/IOS平板或手機上觀看。完整列表如下所示:

Windows系統支援版本:Windows 7、Windows 8.1、 Windows 10及Windows 11。

影片無法播放、卡頓或播放不流暢怎麼辦?
請先檢查您的系統是否符合上述最低要求,並檢視網路連線是否穩定。 我們使用自適性串流技術,放映品質會依據您的網路連線速度自動調整。針對HD高畫質內容串流,建議使用VDSL、有線固網或者光纖網路;透過一般ADSL寬頻連線無法保證您所觀看之影片能隨時以HD高畫質標準進行播放。建議您可以於觀影前先測試一下您的網速及連線品質。
我可以使用幾個播放裝置登入觀看影片?
播放裝置將於觀看影片時自動加入系統,您最多可使用 2 個裝置。若以第3種裝置登入帳號,點選影片播放時,系統會發送錯誤訊息。若欲繼續使用此裝置觀看,請先退出播放器,並點選網頁右上角會員專區圖示,選取「我的播放裝置」並刪除任一已註冊裝置即可。
請注意:
1. 影展期間僅能刪除裝置一次
2. 以同個裝置的不同瀏覽器觀看、或以不同帳號登入同個瀏覽器的狀態下觀看,系統皆會計算為不同裝置,敬請特別留意。
例如,下列使用情境皆會計算為不同裝置:
*使用不同裝置 (電腦,手機,筆電)
*使用同個裝置中,但不同瀏覽器 (電腦A→Chrome瀏覽器,電腦A→Firefox瀏覽器)
*使用同一裝置、同一瀏覽器,但不同使用者設定檔 (電腦A→Chrome瀏覽器→使用者設定檔A,電腦A→Chrome瀏覽器→使用者設定檔B,電腦A→Chrome瀏覽器→無痕模式)
如何查看及變更我的個人資訊?
您可以點選螢幕右上角會員專區圖示,選取「我的帳號」進入頁面。您可在此頁面查看及修改您的個人註冊資訊。為了保護您的隱私和安全,在授予個人資料存取及變更之前,我們將採用合理措施驗證您的身分。
如何查看已付費或以優惠序號兌換的影片?
您可以點選螢幕右上角會員專區圖示,選取「已付費影片」進入該頁面,即可查看所有您已付費或以優惠序號兌換的影片或節目。
忘記密碼怎麼辦?
請至登入頁面上點選「忘記密碼」,輸入您在註冊時使用的電子郵件地址,系統將會發送重置密碼的連結給您。
為何觀看的時候偶爾會出現我的註冊ID ?
這是為了防盜所啟用的浮水印,請大家一起愛護電影創作者。
可使用Chromecast投放至電視/其他觀看設備嗎?
可以從PC/Mac/Android設備上的Chrome網路瀏覽器進行Chromecast串連。
我該如何用Chromecast投放Chrome瀏覽器的內容?
請先確認您的Chromecast已連接至電視以及Wi-Fi網路,再進行以下步驟;您的裝置需與Chromecast連接至相同的Wi-Fi網路。關於Chromecast連接電視以及/或者Wi-Fi網路之相關資訊,請參閱support.google.com/chromecast。

How do I Create an Account?
To create an account, click the “Create Account” button in the top right corner. You will need to enter your Name and Email Address, and set a password for your account. You will also need to enter your birth data and gender. Once these have been filled out, click “Submit” and your new account will be created.
How do I rent a film?
To rent a film, find the film you would like to rent. You can either click the “rent” button that appears on the film poster, or you can click on the film poster to view the full film page. From here you can click the “rent” button. To complete the rental, you will need to enter your card details and click “Rent”. If you have a Promo Code, you can enter this to get a discount before clicking “Rent”.
Please Note:
1. Every program has a sales limit so is likely to be sold out, please rent films as early as possible.
2. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. The 7 day grace period regulation does not apply either. Please consider carefully before placing your order.
Is There Any Limitation on the Viewing Period?
You have to finish watching the films within 48 hours starting from pressing the play button. You can watch the film for unlimited times during these 48 hours. No refunds or extensions will be allowed if you miss the screening due to expiration of the viewing period or personal issues.
Some films have different available viewing period. All films will be taken down by Sunday 30th OCT at 11:59PM. Please be aware of the film length and their viewing period.
What are the system requirements?
You can watch on PCs running Windows 7+, and Intel-based Macs running OSX 10.12+. You can also watch on Android tablets and phones using Chrome and on iPhones and iPads using Safari. Linux devices are not supported and will not work. You will need a broadband or fibre internet connection - dial up will not work. You’ll find a complete list of requirements below.
What are the requirements for Windows computers?
Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 or Windows 11. Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Opera. We recommend using the latest version of your browser as earlier versions may not be supported. Internet Explorer on Windows 7 is no longer supported.
What are the requirements for Mac computers?

Can I watch content on my iPhone/iPad?
Yes, you can watch content using Safari, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and this requires iOS 11.2 or later. We recommend using the latest version of your browser as earlier versions may not be supported.
Can I watch content on my Android Device?
Yes, you can watch content using Chrome and this requires Android 6.0 or later. We recommend using the latest version of your browser as earlier versions may not be supported.
I can’t stream any of the content, or video playback stalls or doesn’t play smoothly.
Check your minimum system requirements above. We recommend that you update to the latest version of your browser. We use adaptive bitrate streaming which means the streaming quality will automatically adjust based on your internet speed. For High Definition (HD) streaming we recommend VDSL, cable or fibre connections as we cannot guarantee consistent HD streaming on ADSL. If your internet connection is poor or inconsistent you may experience problems during playback. Try lowering the playback bitrate.
How Many Devices Can I use to Watch Films on the Platform?
Devices will be automatically added in My Device when you use them to stream a film. You are limited to 2 devices. If you log in with a 3rd device and try to watch a film, you will get an error message stating you have too many registered devices. if you wish to continue watching with this new device, click on the Member icon on the top right corner of the site and select My Device then delete a registered device shown there.
Please Note:
1. You can only delete one device during the whole festival period.
2. If you watch films with a different browser on a same computer, or if you watch films when logged into another account with the same browser, the system will count it as a new device.
* The system will recognise the below scenarios as being different devices:
- Using different devices (computers, cellphones, laptops…)
- Using different browser types on the same device ( For example: Computer A using Chrome browser and Computer A using Firefox browser will count as different devices)
- Using different user profiles with the same browser type on the same computer (Computer A using Chrome browser and browser user profile A, Computer A using Chrome browser and browser user profile B will count as different devices)
How Can I Access and Correct My Information?
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by visiting your Account Settings page. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
How Can I Access Films or Programs that I Have Rented or Exchanged with Promo Codes?
You can access all films or programs that you have rented or exchanged with promo codes by visiting your My Library page.
What happens if I forget my password?
Simply click “Forgotten your password?” on the Sign In page, enter the email address you used when you created an account and a link to reset your password will be sent to you.
Can I Chromecast content?
You can Chromecast from a Chrome web browser on PC and Mac computers as well as Android devices.
How do I watch content using Chromecast from Chrome?
Make sure you have connected your Chromecast to your TV and Wi-Fi network then follow the steps below. Your device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast. For information or assistance connecting Chromecast to your TV and/or Wi-FI network, see support.google.com/chromecast.
1. Make sure you’re using the latest version of Chrome by navigating to Settings > About Google Chrome and update your Chrome browser to the latest version, if necessary. If you’re having trouble, here’s how to update Chrome.
2. In Chrome browser go to the film or TV page and start playing the content.
3. Select the Cast icon in the bottom right hand corner.
4. Select your Chromecast device.
5. The film or TV episode will now start playing on your Chromecast device.
